Room information:
We can comfortably manage 2 couples as a group, plus 1 child in the Lodge on a foldaway bed and potentially one child on the sofa in a sleeping bag.
The lodge : 'The Lodge' is a stand-alone, architecturally designed cottage, comprising a generous open space which includes a queen bed (which can be curtained off), living, dining and kitchen (no oven) BBQ, microwave & Wood fired pizza oven. Off the sleeping area is a shower room and separate toilet/hand basin. If you are travelling as 2 singles and wish to use the Walnut, there is no additional charge, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare the room. We can accommodate one child in the Lodge on a comfortable foldaway bed.
The Walnut 'The Walnut' is a bedroom (queen bed, luggage rack, chest of drawers, mirror and a chair) separated from The Lodge by a short outdoor deck. Members of your party staying in the Walnut can access The Lodge toilet directly off the deck without coming through the Lodge at night. It is not suitable for young children. We recommend 12 and over.
Facilities:
We are completely off grid. We have no cell phone coverage, but we have an internet phone and Free High Speed Wifi
Free Parking, lots of outdoor/alfresco dining space in summer
Well behaved dogs are welcomed.
Free Fresh Locally Sourced Breakfast Provisions - catering available by arrangement - see below
Laundry you can use the laundry at the house (separate outbuilding) for $10 per load, line dry at The Lodge, or we can wash, dry and fold $15 per load.
